Complete description: Recently refurbished apartment only a 5-minute walk from the beach, just 400 meters away. You'll feel at home in this apartment that can host up to 5 people in its three bedrooms. There's one master bedroom with a double bed and two smaller bedrooms, one with two single beds and another one with a single bed and a desk. There are plenty of amenities for your confort: AC and free wifi, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, clothing rack, an iron and hair dryer. We also provide our "welcome kit" that includes coffee, sugar, olive oil and salt so you can feel free to cook from day one. This apartment is located in the popular Huelin neighbourhood, which is frequented by locals for the nice seaside promenade, the parks and the wide range of restaurants that are only a couple of minutes away from the apartment. 800 meters away you can find the main train station in Málaga, María Zambrano, so it's an ideal spot to travel around. The Misericordia beach, which the locals love, is only a few minutes away, and along the beach you'll find plenty of the famous "chiringuitos" or beach restaurants, which are the perfect place to enjoy the typical Malaga fried and grilled fish dishes. This neighbourhood is perfect to enjoy the beach while being in a quiet area without being far from the city centre. There are supermarkets nearby and we also recommend the Tomás Echeverría street if you're looking for tapas places and restaurants. Also in this area you can visit two of the many museums that Málaga has to offer: the automobile museum and the highly regarded Russian museum. This area is very well connected to the city centre, which is a 20-minute walk away. f you want to, you can also use public transportation, as the buses that go to the city centre are very frequent. Late check-in: - Please note that for arrivals from 21:30 to 00:00, a €20 late check-in fee will be applied. - If the late check-in is after 00:00, the fee is €30. Damage deposit: It is required to pay a refundable damage deposit of €150 via credit/debit card at arrival. The money will be reimbursed after check-out if there are no damages in the property.
