MAGNIFICENT VILLA WITH SEA VIEW AND PRIVATE POOL IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA). For up to 10 guests.
LAYOUT: The villa EL OLIVO VERDE villa is distributed over two floors. We access the property but to enter the villa we must climb a few steps. As soon as we enter we will find a courtesy toilet on our right. The living room has two two-seater sofas each and two armchairs next to the television. To our right is the dining room table that seats six guests. From this fully covered space that has another dining table and chairs, as well as a space with a sofa and armchairs where we can contemplate the magnificent views that this property has. The independent kitchen has all the necessary elements to prepare magnificent meals. On this floor there are three bedrooms of which two have a double bed each and the third a bunk bed. One of the bedrooms with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. On this floor we will find another bathroom with a bathtub. To access the ground floor we can go by the external or internal staircase of the villa. On the ground floor we will find two totally independent apartments that must be accessed from the outside of the property. The first apartment has an open space where we have the kitchen, the dining room and the living room as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The second apartment also has a kitchen and dining room, as well as two single beds in one room and a bathroom with a shower.
EXTERIOR: The entrance and access to the property are impressive as well as having a large space to park several vehicles. A stone path borders the garden with plants and trees typical of the Costa Blanca. To the right of the property is the barbecue area. Further on is the pool surrounded by hammocks. We find an outdoor dining area under a pergola where we can enjoy excellent meals outdoors in summer after a “dip”. Under the porch there is an outdoor dining table where we can have a drink while we enjoy our vacations.
SITUATION: The villa EL OLIVO VERDE is located in a quiet and residential area. The villa is close to Cala les Bassetes and Calpe Beach and the Sender Ecológico de la Calalga. We are just minutes from all the amenities, restaurants, supermarkets and activities of the charming city of Calpe.
