When you are not at the beach (a 5-minute drive), enjoy on-site amenities like the pool and boat dock.

LIVING AREA
After fun-filled days, relax on the sofa bed and watch a movie on the smart TV in the living area.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with everything needed to create your favorite recipes, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware.
When it’s time to dine, the table seats four and the kitchen bar seats two.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the living area.
The primary bedroom is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Make use of the electric grill on the private balcony, which offers bay views and a bistro table for two.

This single-level unit is on the second floor. Elevators are not available.
LOCATION
Enjoy being able to walk to a variety of local eateries as well as Orange Beach Waterfront Park.
For blissful days in the sun, the sandy Gulf beaches are a 5-minute drive from home. The Wharf and Orange Beach Sportsplex are also a 5-minute drive away.
Parking notes: Assigned parking is available for 1 car in parking lot spot #207. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis across the street.
No other vehicles may be on the property, this includes: RV's, ATV's, 4-Wheelers, trailers or boats.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
