Our East Hollywood casita is an original California Craftsman bungalow built in 1912. Our exclusive, unique home showcases large dark stained wooden beams, windows and French doors. Hardwood flooring throughout, our home is artistically decorated with an industrial-chic designed interior with hues of olive greens and mustard yellows, finished with vintage light fixtures. Select metal furniture is softened by burgundy velvet couches and wine red drapes adding a touch of seductive femininity. Our home is enhanced by charming one-of-a-kind, hand-picked pieces from an earlier more cinematic era, creating an artistic welcome to your stay in Los Angeles!

Our home boasts a master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a French door leading into the back yard where you can bathe in the claw-foot tub almost as if you are out in the open. The second master bedroom has a central bathroom while the third bedroom is situated in the enclosed back yard with access to the master bathroom. Both bathrooms both have claw-foot tubs, shower heads, and sit in archway mosaic tiled enclaves. The bedrooms all have large windows and plenty of natural light. Each have orthopedic queen beds, luxurious black Egyptian cotton sateen weave bed sheets and down pillows and duvets.
The main rooms in the house have Industrial-chic ceiling fans.
The kitchen is cottage style with modern appliances – vintage meets industrial – and opens into the dining area with its large industrial metal dining table that seats 6 people comfortably.
From here, double French doors lead into our back yard, designed with the desert in mind. It is a small private haven created for your relaxation from the city. Lined with tall lush ivy walls, accentuated with a lemon tree, two small lime trees, a young sycamore tree, sage bushes, vintage chairs and table, an antique 1920’s metal glider 2-seater and in the corner, a stone fountain.
Meanwhile, our front desert garden is lined with David Austin English roses, night jasmine, star jasmine, bougainvillea, lilies of the Nile, a coral tree and a corner seating area nestled into the ferns.
As you enter our home you are welcomed into our living room by a floor-spanning antique Persian rug and real working fireplace for a romantic night in front of the fire enhanced with our 1930’s Vintage Wurlitzer piano for those musical moments of inspiration!
In the back yard is a hidden door which opens into a two-person sauna, though three will easily fit it. Enjoy the few-and-far-between LA chilly winter evenings! Please see our house manual for instructions.
Our extensive artistic, fictional and philosophical library leads from the dining area and is there for your reading pleasure.
The house has high speed WiFi, both 2G & 5G. And For those of you who work away from home, take advantage of our Study with its vintage metal desk and WiFi printer.
In the garage you will find our laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience, and an iron and ironing board in the study closet.
The kitchen in fully equipped with all modern appliances and plenty of chinaware and cutlery for your enjoyment, and we have a portable BBQ in the back yard for your use.
