I decided to try HomeAway/VRBO after many years as a Super Host on a competitors platform.
I own a 3-bedroom house in a safe neighborhood. Upstairs in the home is {MY} Primary Bedroom and Private Bath / the 2nd Bedroom (is used as a tv room) / and the 3rd Bedroom is the Rental Room with Private Bath. *You are renting the 3rd bedroom and private bath*
The neighborhood completed construction in 2008. It is called Encanto. It is a comfortable neighborhood setting, located walking distance from the beautiful Santa Clara University campus and the Santa Clara Caltrain station. Easy to access nearby freeways, Encanto has all the advantages of city living, along with the privacy and the charm of a small neighborhood.
The architecture at Encanto is influenced by the California bungalows of the 1920s. There a community pool on site and on-street parking (no parking permit required).
