We've also included an AC Unit for Temperature Control, so you can adjust the climate to your liking.
The Bedroom offers convenience with a Fold-down Sofa Bed and a Roku TV. The spacious layout ensures you have ample room to unwind.
The Master Bedroom is a luxurious haven, complete with a King-size bed and a 4K Samsung Smart TV. You'll find Dressers and Wireless Charging Stations for your convenience, as well as a Desk & Chair, creating a laptop-friendly workspace. Plus, you'll have easy access to the backyard for a breath of fresh air.
Our fully equipped Kitchen provides all the essentials for your cooking needs, and you can start your day right with the Coffee Maker. For added convenience, we've included a Washer & Dryer.

The Neighborhood:
One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.
Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.

You can find restaurants, bars, and entertainment within 5 minutes of our home.

Our home is securely gated, ensuring no public access.
Occasionally, pedestrians may walk nearby; however, they are harmless and merely passing through.
