With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. The luxurious primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bath, offering comfort and privacy, while the open-concept living and dining areas provide a bright, welcoming space for gathering, entertaining, or unwinding after a day on the sand. Step onto the screened-in porch to savor morning coffee or evening cocktails with soft ocean breezes in the background. You'll be within easy walking distance of Dewey's best restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet still have a peaceful retreat to come home to. The condo includes private parking for two cars and modern conveniences such as central AC, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower to make beach days effortless. Summer rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Linens are not supplied but are available through a rental program. No pets or smoking permitted.
Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout. This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
