Our totally updated condo is located in a 24 hour security gated community. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with beautifully groomed grounds and a myriad of amenities to provide you with a wonderful experience. There are 5 heated swimming pools, hot tub, 6 shuffle board courts, 3 bocce ball courts, 10 tennis courts, a 9 hole- par 3 executive golf course, and a fitness center with sauna . A Tiki Bar is located adjacent to one of the pools, and there is also a restaurant available on site. Or you can just relax on the 3,000 feet of private ocean beachfront . Our second floor condo has a King Bed in the master bedroom, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The living room has a couch and ottoman. Comfortable chair and coffee tables, flat screen TV with a DVD/Blue Ray player. Cable and high speed WIFI is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and accessories. Linens are provided for the unit, including beach towels. A washer and dryer are also in the unit. There is an enclosed lanai with seating for quiet evenings overlooking the water and water courtyard fountain.
