This oceanfront complex is right next to the beautiful 27th Avenue Beachfront Park which is a 3.4-acre park including a boardwalk, basketball and racquetball courts, picnic area, pavilion, restrooms, and a children's playground. Across the street is a 7-11 walk-up restaurant serving tacos and ice cream! Within walking distance are Manny's Pizza and Chases on the Beach for oceanfront dining. It is within minutes of a shopping center with a Dollar General with a grocery, gym, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet.
The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000-acre national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River.
