Positive: Our stay at Çiragan Palace was truly wonderful. The enchanting atmosphere and impeccable service enveloped us in a state of pure bliss. The facilities are impeccably maintained and spotless, while the cuisine is consistently delicious. Breakfast was exceptional, as were the offerings at the Gazebo. We also had the pleasure of dining at the Italian restaurant Bellini, and as Italians ourselves, we were genuinely amazed by the outstanding quality of the food. The New Year's Eve celebrations and New Year's Day brunch were flawless in every detail. Its tranquil location, yet so centrally positioned amid Istanbul's most captivating sights, makes this hotel a true rare gem. Special thanks to Ms. Didem, who welcomed us with warmth, attention, and utmost professionalism, instantly putting us at ease. The concierge team also handled our travel arrangements flawlessly. We will return soon-this palace must be an absolute paradise in spring.
