When entering the townhouse, you will discover the kitchen, living room, and half bathroom on the main level.There are three bedrooms & two full bathrooms located upstairs.

The fully stocked kitchen will make you feel like you never left home. We supply olive oil, baking pans, blender, dinnerware, drink ware, food storage containers, serving platters & much more. Please feel free to contact the host for any questions in this regard. A full size washer & dryer is nestled in the kitchen's closet. The cozy living room is perfect for a family night of fun. It features a bluetooth compatible vinyl record player, games, & 55” Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, & Youtube TV. Please note, the fireplace is strictly for ambience and is not to be ignited.
KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES:
We understand traveling with kids requires special considerations. We provide pack-n-play, high chair, kids dinnerware & utensils & outlet covers. Additionally, for safety purposes, we provide stair gates. Blackout curtains are throughout the house to make nap-time easily obtainable.

GUEST SAFETY:
For the security of our guests & the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located in the front of the house. Dual smoke & carbon monoxide detectors can be found in the upper & lower level hallways & each bedroom.
HOMERULES:
- No Pets.
- No Smoking. There will be a $600 smoking charge if there is a physical or smell evidence of smoking inside the property.
- Number of guest listed should reflect number of guest that will be on the premises throughout the stay.
- Report any damages immediately
- Quite Time 10 pm through 7 am
- All cooking oil discard into trash.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet tissue in the toilet. Even if it says flushable.
- No Open Flames or Candles; The fireplace is strictly for ambience and is not to be ignited.
