Featuring beautiful timber flooring, the property includes a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan in the lounge area, with a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The property is pet friendly for a small dog, so bring your beloved pet along.
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and microwave, overlooking the large, enclosed back yard, the perfect space for the kids to play cricket, with outdoor setting and shed to store your surf boards or bikes.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom with ceiling fan and ensuite. There is another queen-sized bed in the second bedroom with ceiling fan and two single beds in the third bedroom with a pedestal fan. All linen is supplied.
There is a second living area with TV and a Chromecast, perfect for the kids to have a separate getaway.
A third bathroom with shower and toilet is located off the internal laundry which includes a washing machine.
Plenty of parking for two cars on the driveway (garage is not included).
