Summary: This is a very nice walk-out basement apartment. Very nice rooms and living space. Entire property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view out our porch and windows of Loon Lake. Kitchenette had all we needed to prepare our own meals. Laundry facility came in handy as our outdoor adventures resulted in us getting a bit muddy. Landlord is friendly, helpful, and very pleasant. Great central location for all adventures on the Kenai Penninsula. It was like our home away from home! Comfortable beds, and living room to relax in our down time between adventures. Loved this property. Would book it again for our next trip!!!
