The historic property with its 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded approx. 800 m² garden with pool was extensively renovated, modernized and converted in September 2012, while maintaining the traditional Mallorcan style.
The "Can Mavi" has five spacious and functional apartments.
The architecture of the building reflects the once majestic Mallorcan style and combines the traditional building elements with modern equipment and all the amenities you could want for a relaxing and relaxing stay.
