Wifi is strong throughout the entire property, Stream 4K movies or do video calls. Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans. Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.
Laundry: You'll have access to the laundry room. The coin-operated washer and dryer take six quarters per load and are shared by five other units.
Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.

Coral Ridge is one of the most affluent residential neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale. The public high school is considered one of the top 100 in the nation, and you can't buy a house here for less than $1M. The waterfront homes list for $5M and up. It is an excellent neighborhood for walking, even at night.
The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services. Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
