Quiet place with a fantastic tropical garden of 10. 000 square meters and has a large pool and merely 3 Km from the nearest beach. The house is divided into a main house where the owners live with their dogs. On the same level is an apartment with separate entrance and also 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, own kitchen and terrace to the pool. One level lower with a terrace facing the garden, there are 2 spacious studio apartments, each with its own bathroom, kitchen and separate entrance. In the apartments there is air conditioning. The 2 studios are each intended for 2 persons. The larger apartment can accommodate 4 people. The apartments are nicely furnished and have satellite TV, internet and fully functional kitchens. In case you only rent one apartment or even 2 the 14x7 meter pool will be shared with other possible guests. Maximumof 8-9 guests. A car is recommended as the nearest bus stop is a 1km walk away. The property is located in a nature reserve where you can also make long walks. It is also a biker's paradise. Either you bring your bike or rent one here. Golfers also get their money's worth, with more than 60 places in a half-hour environment. Who needs tips, the owners are golfers themselves and are happy to help and advise. The last km to the house is a track road.
All the shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, such as water parks, zoos and above all lots of golf courses, all located within a short distance. Minimum stay is 7 nights in high season.
