This home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master, on the first level, has a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The two guest rooms, on the second floor, offer a queen bed and two twins – with both rooms sharing a bathroom. Both guest rooms on the upper level open up to a den – perfect for watching TV. There is an efficiency apartment on the first floor with a full bathroom, futon, and bunk beds which guests are welcome to use. You will love the gas range and all the amazing cooking supplies. This home also has a washer and dryer for guests to use and plenty of beach towels. There is also a glass-bottom kayak for guest usage.
The home has central heat and air-conditioning, wireless internet, cable tv, washer & dryer, city and cistern water and a *new whole house generator*.
The screen porch, just off of the living room, has a sitting area as well as a dining table for six. The cottage is a short walk (238 feet) to the Coco Bay beach where you can spend your days feeding the turtles and there is a shared dock for your boat.
