The Space:
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be welcomed by a spacious living room. Off the living room, you will be heading to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The laundry room is adjacent to the first bathroom. It also has an access door going to the backyard. On the left of the main entrance, you will reach the dining and kitchen area with a small pantry.
Out back, we have a charcoal grill and picnic table.
Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.

This house has a convenient location and has easy access on major highways, interstates, and Uptown. We are located in a residential area in the Norwood area.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
