This brand new home was completed in 2015. The spacious first floor features an open concept kitchen/living/dining area with 10.5' ceilings, solid hardwood floors, gas fireplace, large gourmet kitchen with exotic granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including 2 dishwashers. First floor master featured custom round shower, double vanities and Jacuzzi tub. Side entrance mudroom, has washer/dryer and ceramic tile.
The private back yard features 13' x 24' in ground pool, 12' x 19' back patio with gas barbeque grill.
The second floor has 5 master bedrooms all with private baths. Main second floor master features private balcony overlooking backyard. The 2nd floor wet bar has granite counter tops, sink and mini fridge, so there's no need to go downstairs for that first cup of coffee.
