Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us (4 adults, one 18 month old). The only issue we had was that we had no hot water when we arrived. We contacted the property manager who did respond fairly quickly. He was unable to fix it that night. He came back the next day and was able to fix it but it stopped working the following day. They did get finally get it fixed and we had no further issues it. It did disrupt our plans somewhat as someone had to be at the house to let people in. The owners offered to let us stay an additional night for free but we couldn't do that as we had flights to travel back. In the end they compensated us/gave us a reduced rate for one day of our stay. The house did meet our needs as to location and I would consider staying at the house again if we travel back to The Cape.
