Excellent 2-bedroom apartment with a terrace and barbecue, accommodating up to 5 people. Located very close, on foot, to the centre of Ericeira and with a wonderful sea view. It is set in a condominium with a garden and swimming pool. It has a living room with a sofa bed, TV and fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Externally, it has a large terrace with a barbecue and furniture. It also has an iron, internet access (WiFi) and a hair dryer.Note:For stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month.
