The primary bedroom is very spacious and features a King bed, a living area and a work area. It has an en-suite bathroom with a sunken shower and his and hers vanity.
The two other bedrooms are located on the other side of the house for complete privacy and share a full bathroom with a shower.
Outdoors spaces included pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and built-in BBQ. Located within a walk/bike ride to world class restaurants, galleries, entertainment and Uptown Design District.

The pool heating is optional. The pool heating fee is $75/day. This fee will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. The pool heating is for the entire stay.

No smoking on the premises
No outdoor music at all; no excessive noise of any kind
Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted.
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants.
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house (3 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

**A wind storm broke a tree on the side of the house, which fell on the side fence. As the fence is made of glass panels, some of them cracked. We have ordered an entire new fence system but it hasn't arrived yet. It is on the side of the house and not near the pool or dining area. We have put caution tape while we wait for the new fence to arrive.
