Villa Acqua, offers you the chance to live a more relaxed pace of life, in pure opulence within the picturesque setting of Marantochori village, in the southwest side of Lefkada only 10 minutes drive, away from the sea. Villa Acqua is private, autonomous, filled with trees and flowers, with its own entrance, parking and swimming pool with pool furniture, where you can enjoy your coffee or lunch next to the pool.
It can accommodate from 2 to 6 people, with 2 master bedrooms (king size bed), one wooden mezzanine with one single bed and one large sofa bed. Both master bedrooms are ensuite, with shower or bath tub, and there is also a third communal bathroom with shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the required electrical appliances.
The stylish interior offers an elegant fireplace, high quality ceramic tiles and atmospheric recessed lighting throughout. There is also fast Wi-Fi internet connection and smart TV, that allows to watch Netflix. Outside, Villa Acqua has a private swimming pool.

Terms & Policies
Smoking it’s not allowed in the villas.
Check-in time 16.00 P.M, check-out time until 10.30 A.M. (flexible time during off peak periods).
Twice a week bed linen and towels will be changed and house cleaning (included on price). Beach towels not included.
Once a week pool close at 19.00 PM and reopen at 10.00 A.M next day for weekly cleaning maintenance.
House and swimming pool cleaning time are negotiable with the guests.
