3 Bedroom House in North Creek, Lennox Head

Sandy Feet is a modern and stylish two storey townhouse located in arguably one of the best spots in town.
Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the property is only metres to the beach and a short 2 minute stroll into town where you can enjoy fantastic dining options and great local shopping with that relaxed beachside atmosphere.
The top floor includes an open plan and light filled living area with large stacking doors opening out to the covered north east facing deck with ocean views. The deck includes an outdoor dining table and chairs so you can enjoy a BBQ with friends and family while taking in the views and cool ocean breezes. The modern galley kitchen features stone bench tops, electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and bench seating. The main bedroom completes the package upstairs and comes with a king bed featuring a tempur mattress, air conditioning and direct access to the outside deck area.
The second and third bedrooms are located downstairs with 1 x double and 2 x single beds (option of making these into a queen bed). Also downstairs is a bathroom, laundry, private enclosed courtyard and remote controlled double garage.
The property comes equipped with Wi-Fi.
Sandy Feet is just a short 80 metre stroll to a section of the beach know to locals as the “bream hole” an ideal location for families to enjoy the beach where younger children can swim in safety or just explore the shoreline and rock pools.
A further 500 metres walk and you will arrive at the internationally famous right hand surfing break at Lennox Point.
A short drive or 15 minute walk north will get you to the Lennox Head Surf Club where the beach is patrolled. Directly behind the surf club is Lake Ainsworth, popular for swimming, water sports and BBQ’s.
From the end of your street you can join the walking path that can take you up over the headland past Boulders Beach to Sharpes Beach. From here a coastal bike path begins which you can follow south past Angels Beach and all the way along the coast past Shelleys and Lighthouse beaches, Shaws Bay and into the heart of Ballina without having to travel on any roads.
If you are visiting between May and November you will have the added pleasure of watching the passing whales from some excellent vantage points.
