Welcome to the Austin Escape on Lake Travis by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This home boasts rustic charm and modern decor. Enjoy a game of ping pong on the back patio while you grill up a feast. You can spread out the fun by enjoying the lounges by the pool and the pool house bar nearby. We are happy to manage a fire in the beautiful firepit overlooking the shores of Lake Travis. There is an exercise room for guest use as well. The kitchen features gourmet appliances and is open to the large dining table nearby. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this property is perfect for your family or friend group. This property is regularly set for 13 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 19 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. This Estate is pet-friendly with Owner approval.

Summary: Excellent in every way particularly because of Courtney the Above Residences host. She was phenomenal as in prompt, caring, open and friendly!The house is really “shabby or rustic chic”. Very nice appointments as in quartz countertops, high end tile, faucets and fixtures. Improvements? 1. Back two bedrooms were uncomfortably warm at night. Please put heat resistant window coverings inside or outside and or add split air conditioners to help.2. The pool was clean is big but could use resurfacing. Also green mold on tile facings on steps. Yuk. Otherwise a great property managed well!
