Positive: The hotel itself is very nice, with beautiful and comfortable rooms. I would recommend choosing a room with a window, as it improves the overall experience. The staff at the reception were outstanding — extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. A special thank you to Samer Abi, who was an excellent receptionist and truly went above and beyond to make our stay easier and more enjoyable.

Negative: We checked in on a Saturday and were not aware that the hotel is located in a party area. As a result, there was very loud music from around 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This was only an issue on Friday and Saturday nights, but it may be inconvenient for light sleepers.

Summary: it was a very nice stay with excellent service and friendly staff, especially Samer
