Located only 5 minutes from Berry and Seven Mile Beach, this 5 bedroom home is the perfect family retreat in either summer or winter!

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite) located on the top level. Ducted air con has been installed in all upstairs bedrooms to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

The lower level comprises the 5th bedroom (1 x king single bunk and 2 x single beds), bathroom/laundry, games/tv room with futon bed, plus a pool table room that leads out to the bbq area and on to the courtyard.

The air conditioned open plan kitchen, dining and lounge is located on the middle level. Sit by the fireplace in winter or enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the enclosed sun room.

Agars House is set amongst an established garden, with complete privacy for you to enjoy your weekend away. Take a stroll around the gardens, play a game of tennis on the private tennis court, have a swim in the indoor pool (not heated), or take a book to read in the sun in the open courtyard.
