This listing is for our whole 3/4-acre lot, which includes:
- a 5,000 square feet and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Downstairs has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, upstairs has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 5 beds in total; a king and 2 queens upstairs, and a regular twin and a single child's car bed downstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has its own TV. This house also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer.
- a 2,000 square feet, it has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Along with the backyard, this house is the newest addition to the property. It has 3 beds: a king in the master, a queen size in another room, and a child's twin with trundle in the other. This house has two smart TV's.
- complete access to the whole backyard which has a pool/spa and a pool slide, outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and wood-burning pizza oven, full child's playground and swing set and a tennis/basketball court.
Please understand that we do not have beds for 30 people. As listed above, we have total of 9 beds ranging from two king size, four queen size, one twin, one single, and another single with an extra fold out bed. We do however offer queen size air mattresses if needed.
Parking spaces for max 12-16 cars.
Our space is unique due to its exponential size and all that it offers in our resort-like backyard. There are two full houses that are for rent on the property, as well as a converted garage that houses the host. By booking our whole property you will have full access to both of our houses, BBQ, pool and jacuzzi, play area and backyard.
Please provide information about number of guest staying the night and the total amount of people staying at the property at any given time, these numbers need to be accurate!
- We charge $25/extra/night for every additional guest after 16.
- We do not accept stays for events or parties!!
Guests will have access to both homes and the whole outdoor/backyard area!
The pool and spa can be heated upon request. Please note that the pool can take almost 2 days to fully heat so plan ahead!
Cost of pool to heat per day: $150
Cost of spa to heat per day: $50
You can have one or the other, or both! Just let us know!
- Early check-in and late check-out are $65/hr. Please inquire to see if that can be arranged!
- We offer plenty of air mattresses and one extra fold out bed if needed
We are just ten minutes away from Disneyland, Angel Stadium, the Honda Center, the Anaheim Convention Center, Knott's Berry Farm, and so much more! Even the beach is just a 30-minute drive away!

The host lives on the property in a separate house from the listings and you will need to meet him in person at the check in to verify everything is accurate.
Outdoor areas from 9:00am to 10:00pm:
- Neighbors are winding down, quieting down or sleeping after 10:00pm and we need to respect their privacy and our community.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our home. This includes any type of weed, cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. We have two designated outdoors smoking areas
Our home is in a friendly family neighborhood and is not to be treated like a party place. We do not allow music to be played for hours and hours and constant screaming around the pool area!

-No smoking on the property. (We can set up a smoking area in the backyard if needed).

Additional House rules:
-Max 12-16 cars on the property
-No street parking
-Do not park in front of neighbors houses
-Do not touch the pool settings
-Check in is at 4pm or later (unless we have another agreement)
-Check out is at 11am (unless we have another agreement)
-Keep driveway clear and open
- 24/7 Video surveillance. The surveillance is 'within coverage area for the pool and hot tub'. The surveillance is however for security purposes only and will never be checked unless something happens! The cameras are located by the outdoor kitchen next to the light switches and on top of the outdoor kitchen.
