Negative: Only Air-con in 1 room. Advert said home was air-conditioned. Had to search to find that only the top bedroom has air-con. This should be made very clear as the room downstairs was over 40 Celsius. 2 kids and 2 adults had to share 1 room with both myself and my eldest sleeping on the tiled floor.
