This is a beachside, bohemian home with all the comforts and conveniences you need. Our executive home feels like ' always Friday'. Our entire apartment has been freshly furnish, with a large 70" Smart TV, chefs kitchen and all the modcons to enjoy beachside living. Enjoy the best of Bondi only steps away: yoga, massage, restaurants, cocktail bars, rooftop sunsets and clifftop walks. Our apartment has an undercover security carspot, making inner city living a breeze!

From sunrise to sunset, Bondi entices with its laid-back lifestyle, stunning coastal surrounds and buzzing eateries. Start the day with an early morning surf, yoga class or swim at Bondi Baths, all while being treated to a glorious sunrise over the ocean.
This picture-postcard arc of golden sand and sparkling blue ocean is made for travel snaps or selfies at any time of the year. Just 8km from the city centre, Bondi is easy to get to by public transport – the trip from Town Hall is only 30min. Or you can take a scenic ferry ride from Circular Quay to Watsons Bay for a connecting bus to Bondi.
The main beach area is in front of the Bondi Pavilion, a national heritage-listed icon. Roll out your beach towel and soak up Sydney’s relaxed beach lifestyle, then enjoy a dip between the red and yellow flags. Professional lifeguards patrol Bondi Beach 365 days a year and even have their own reality TV show, Bondi Rescue.
You can learn to surf year-round at one of the accredited surf schools. Experienced surfers will want to head to the southern end of the beach, where southerly swells and a rocky reef create powerful waves. On adjacent Campbell Parade, you’ll find shops selling surf gear and swimwear. Surfboard hire is also available.
At the southern end of the beach on the rocky headland is the iconic Bondi Icebergs, one of Australia’s oldest swimming clubs, where members swim throughout the winter, giving it the name Icebergs. The 50-metre pool and wading pool for kids are open to the public. Visitors are also welcome at the bar, bistro and elegant dining room.
Between May and November, you can easily spot whales during their annual migration from one of the spectacular vantage points along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, a 6km track which links four pretty beaches. In late spring, the cliffs of the coastal walk are transformed by Sculpture by the Sea, the world’s largest annual free-to-the-public outdoor sculpture exhibition.
Bondi boasts a year-round events calendar of festivals, markets and activities, including the Festival of the Winds in September, which is a kite festival on the beach. If you’re visiting on the weekend, the Bondi Farmers Markets on Saturday is a must to stock up on organic produce, as is the Bondi Markets on Sunday for original fashions and jewellery.
There are oodles of delicious places to eat in Bondi, from wholesome cafes and ice-cream parlours to beachside bars and fine-dining restaurants with great ocean views. Speedos in North Bondi was crowned the world’s most camera-ready cafe, while pretty Biddigal Reserve, affectionately known to locals as the grassy knoll, is a great spot to enjoy takeaway fish and chips. It also has free barbecue facilities.

*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toTWOperson. No more than a maximum of SIXpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject toapproval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Our home comes with a car spot which is undercover. Please note the maximum height is 2 meters high. Large SUVs may not fit.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. A cot and highchair is available at the home. However, we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up
* Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
*Please note that we only have portable aircon units in the bedrooms. To allow the hot air to escape, the windows must be kept slightly open so that the vent hose may pass through.
