We have three folding beds of 90x190 and baby cot.
2.- On the ground floor is the 70m2 dining room, with two spaces: a space with a dining table for 13 people, and a sofa space to watch TV (flat screen TV), play Wii, listen to music, etc. Chimney.
3.- From the living room you access the terrace, the pool and the garden. The terrace has outdoor sofas, ideal for resting, reading, having a drink in the afternoon and at night. Facing the terrace is the 10 x 5 meter pool, plus a children's pool, with stunning sea views and that can be illuminated at night. Surrounding the pool and terrace is the Mediterranean garden. From the garden through a side door you can access the path from which to access the beach in approximately 3 minutes. 4.- The kitchen is located on the ground floor. It has an American fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, etc. and all kinds of appliances and accessories, as well as a table and four chairs. All kinds of dishes, glassware and cutlery are included. From the kitchen you access the back garden, where there is an excellent barbecue.
5.- Our villa has a large car garage. In addition to the garage access ramp you can leave another second vehicle. In the garage is the washing machine. There is a clothesline on one of the terraces.
