Positive: Amazing views and great sea breezes Close to supermarket and restaurants. Lift is good, Bed comfortable, sofa was ok, but sofa beds are never comfortable no matter which use. Modern kitchen and bathroom.Two types of pillows was a nice touch. Quality plates and cups etc. Dishwasher appreciated.Good quality cook ware.

Negative: Very small , its a studio not genuine 1 bed apartment. Too much furniture clutters up the limited space. No enough utenciles in kitchen, no egg flip no wine bottle opener. Insufficent blankets/doona. Air-conditioner is disabled and its hot at night with windows shut. Too much noise and too many mosquitoes to leave windows open.

Summary: Wonderful location, well appointed modern studio apartment
