Beautiful and cozy apartment located in the best area of Denia, one of the most requested areas: on Avenida Libre del Repartiment, 6 (on the corner with Calle Miguel Hernández). In a luxury residential urbanization. The fine white sand beach is a 2 minute walk, Denia Center is a 5 minute walk. It is not necessary to take the car at all, to go to all the places of interest such as: restaurants, pharmacies, etc. - it's all on foot.
The Apartment is Modern, Comfortable, Bright, Spacious and is fully equipped with great quality to spend your holidays. With Wi-Fi, air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house. It has a large terrace with views of the Denia Castle, and a beautiful swimming pool with a garden and a children's area. It is quiet and at the same time central.

1 totally new bathroom with large 1.60 x 0.80 m shower, bidet, etc.
The prices are fixed for 1-2 people, it has a service of only using the double bed.
The apartment has a sofa bed in the living room, with an additional price, to be used as a bed.
The sofa bed is used from the third, or third and fourth, person, with its corresponding supplement.

Summary: The location is fantastic if you’re either walking and staying local or if using as a base to explore further. Lovely sunny, spacious apartment with a balcony which is great for the winter sun and sunsets. Tatiana was an excellent host.
