The Space:
The apartment has a beautiful terrace with a rest area, as well as two hammocks for sunbathing, the terrace is accessed through the living room or the main room.
Our apartment is a very spacious 110m2 penthouse located on the top floor of a modern building with an elevator. It consists of three double rooms, with two beds in each room and two full bathrooms, one bathroom has a shower and the other a long bathtub. The living room is fully equipped and has two sofa beds, for the seventh and eighth seats. In the kitchen you can prepare all kinds of dishes and meals, it is very equipped, it even has a dishwasher and dryer.
The apartment has central air conditioning and central heating. The Wi-Fi is high speed via fiber optic system.
The beach is very close and you can walk, there are different public transports and you can reach all places in the city. The rental bike service is also very good.
In the area there are many shops and stores where you can buy food, quality products and exclusive products. There are many places to eat, dine, terraces to enjoy and places to enjoy fantastic tapas.
At night you can see the Agbar Tower, famous for its shape and nocturnal colors, a visit that should not be missed by anyone visiting the city.
It is the ideal place for a nice vacation or a good business stay in the city. It is located in the Poble Nou area, it is a privileged area, because it is next to the beach and very close to the city center. By public transport, you can reach Plaza Cataluña in less than 15 minutes.
We do not accept guests who come to celebrate bachelor parties
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Failure to respect our regulations, making noise at night, will result in eviction from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a new residential building.
It has an elevator in the building.
The Neighborhood:
Poblenou is located between the great beaches of Barcelona and the city center, which allows its residents, on the one hand, a great relaxed beach lifestyle and, on the other hand, proximity to a wide variety of shopping centers, bars and restaurants. Due to its increasing popularity, the prices of buying apartments in the area have increased drastically, it is one of the best areas in the entire city. In addition to good beaches, this neighborhood offers wide open spaces, green parks, and relatively few tourists.
Most people who come to live in Barcelona look for Poblenou as their first option.
The annual Llum BCN light art festival has been held since 2012 every February in Poblenou.

You can walk to the beach
150 meters from the apartment you will find Rambla Poblenou, where you will find all kinds of shops and many restaurants and places to eat "tapas"

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found on arrival is a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.
WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared to sleep on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.
Arrival out of hours has no extra cost, because the entrance is autonomous through an electronic lock.
Optional services:
Requesting a baby cot has a cost of €50 per reservation and must be requested in advance.
We will provide you with a transfer service from the airport and back to the airport, you can book it directly on our provider's website and pay the cost of your transfer directly.
