Positive: The property was spotless and very comfortable (good bed, nice outdoor furniture) We liked the location, not far from El Medano, and other coastal resorts or the Teide National Park It felt like we had the whole property to ourselves which was lovely (but would have been nice to meet the owners too)

Negative: Unfortunately the pool wasn’t very warm when we arrived. This was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we’d booked the property, and we’d messaged before our stay to get confirmation it was heated. We’re grateful that the problem was resolved, but for several days we couldn’t use the pool. The property was tricky to find and the photos that were sent to help us access the property were old photos that didn’t quite match what we were seeing (new gate, vegetation that had grown).

Summary: Clean and comfortable apartment in a lovely location.
