Quintessential beach house! Easy walk to beach 0.2 mile with traffic light on street for safe crossing. Come home to relax in the new heated saltwater pool and sit by the gas firepit to enjoy libations and company outdoors. Pergola on patio near pool offers some escape from the sun if needed with a table and chairs. Rooftop deck has panoramic views of the bay and view of the ocean. Every night it's an amazing sunset event with comfortable lounge chairs and side tables. Spacious deck off of the top floor with Weber grill and view of the bay. House is meticulously maintained with hardwood floors and an elevator for easy up and down with suitcases and provisions. Every bedroom has room darkening shades and open from bottom up and top down to personalize your privacy and lighting needs. All bedding is top of the line and guarantees a great nights sleep. Please note that I do NOT provide sheets & towels.

They will deliver your order and pick it up at the end of your stay. Crib is also available in garage but needs assembly if needed. Walk to private Bay Beach just steps away around the corner of house on Bayview & 79th. Summary: Gorgeous house that was very well maintained and clean. The location was easy to get to the beach thanks to the red light on the corner. They provided beach chairs, toys and bikes were a great addition. The pool was awesome.
