The large dining table has plenty of seating for up to 8. An attached balcony with outdoor seating and a dining table is off the living area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Summary: Property is conveniently located in the quiet historic district on the North side. The beach is just a few steps and bridge across the dunes located on the bay but very quiet. The ocean is a short walk to an access or beach walk if you’re looking for larger waves. Our family enjoyed this home and the all of its decks (especially after the neighbors trimmed the trees during our visit, even more nice clear views from the lower deck) and look out tower, great for viewing ships and tons of dolphins. This home had everything we needed from kitchen to beach gear.
