Outside Patio with shower, barbecue and patio set. Patio is all newly fenced in for privacy. One block to the beach and 2 blocks to the bay. Walk to restaurants and boardwalk. One assigned parking spot in the lot. No badges included.

Summary: Renting from Grace was very nice. The condo was nice and not far from the beach and boardwalk. So you really did not have to use your car to get up to the beach each day. Grace was a great host and made sure if there was a problem she would fix it. Thank you Grace for letting myself and my family use your shore rental.
