"Beach Haven", two storey beach house perfectly positioned for that fun filled and active holiday on the sea shore. The property and it's position also provide a quiet and relaxing retreat. The design will make it very easy to have the whole family staying with you at the Brooms Head with this substantial beach house. Plenty of space is on offer. This home is set out in a way that the extended family can all be comfortable.
Large sized bedrooms on both levels make for a total of four room (Queen beds x 3 + Tri-Bunk) and bathroom facilities are on both levels. The combination of living, dining and full sized kitchen with an outlook to the ocean. The timber floor adds a very coastal and casual feel to this first floor.
Please Note: You will need to bring your own Sheets, Pillowcases and Bath/Beach Towels.
Blankets/Doonas, Pillows, Tea Towels, Bathmat, Hand Towels and Wi-Fi are provided.
Fully fenced back yard with two side gates.
Check-in Information/Code will be sent 2-3 days before booking date via Messages/Inbox.
Caravans, Tents and Other Structures are not to be erected or occupied at the property.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the client’s responsibility during the stay. The client shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such damage, breakages theft or loss howsoever caused or occurring.
When using Heaters (Oil, Panel or Other) they must be plugged directly into Wall Sockets Only, Not Power Boards or Extension Cords.
No EV or Electric Scooter/Bike charging.
Any excess rubbish or recycling material which does not fit into the council bins provided is the responsibility of the client and must be removed by the client accordingly. If this is not done then rubbish and recycling material removal and tip fees will be charged.
No fish or seafood waste is to be disposed of in house/council bins.
If the BBQ has been used it must be left clean and if not a $55 cleaning surcharge will apply. The owners arrange for a standard clean of the property as priced. However any non-standard or additional cleaning costs will be charged back to the client at a rate of $55 per hour.
Departure:
The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Prior to departure rubbish and recycling materials should be removed from the house and placed in the bins.
Beach Haven may decline your request to book if in any way are "uncomfortable with this guest". You must comply to the Guest Code of Conduct throughout your stay.
