We can’t say enough about Serenity Now! Exquisite ocean-to-bay views are just the beginning of what is offered by this professionally decorated corner condo. Fine furnishings throughout compliment a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and comfortable seating for all to enjoy. The convenient location also indulges guests with its breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Two sliding doors off the living room open out to the expansive wraparound balcony which offers cushioned seating, a dining table, and a coffee table - perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco while watching dolphins play in the ocean and seabirds riding the breezes.
There are five smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room which also has a DVD and stereo, and a library of DVD movies for fun family time. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a double-sink granite vanity separate from the bathing area. The main bedroom is oceanfront, so you can watch the sunrise from the comfort of the king bed or fall asleep to the soothing sound of the surf. A newly installed washer/dryer is also available for any laundry needs.
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, and making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
