Summary: Unit was new by Ptown standards. clean, working A/C. Nice. Kitchen adequately furnished though no pitcher or container for drinks. Would be better with some plastic glasses for use in bathrooms. Parking space was so very cramped did not attempt to use car(an SUV). during our stay. Beach towels would have been nicer..Biggest issue is noise from unit above and below as footsteps heard from above and TV from below made for a less than pleasant experience.
