Luxury and Perfection. This beachfront property has gorgeous ocean views and an equally spectacular interior. Beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, beach toys and beach tags all provided. Pillows and comforters for each bed provided. Rental sheets available upon request for an additional fee.
We are set up on VRBO for weekly Sunday to Sunday rentals during the peak summer months and 3-night minimums during the off-season (May/June and Sept/Oct). For searching and booking purposes, please enter a Sunday to Sunday. Why Sundays? Because our guests love arriving and leaving on a Sunday to avoid all the traffic due to rental changeovers on Saturdays. If you are interested in booking a non Sunday to Sunday option, such as an extended weekend, please message me through VRBO.
The house is incredibly clean with high-end everything! This five-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxurious home boasts beautiful views and sounds of the ocean from the private first- second- and third-floor decks. Walk to the beach in under a minute without crossing a street. Located only a one-block walk to restaurants, Marita’s ice cream, Acme and CVS, and three blocks from the promenade, this house is in THE perfect location in all of Sea Isle on quiet Pleasure Ave. (Just read the reviews!)
With TWO SUITES on the third floor and three bedrooms on the first floor, this 2500+ square foot home can easily accommodate multiple families with enough beds to sleep up to 14. Relax on one of the FOUR private decks or enjoy the many spacious rooms inside. This house is in pristine condition with everything upgraded! Beach badges are provided to guests and included in the rental. This will be the place you want to return year after year.
The first floor offers Ceramic Tile Entry Foyer, Full Bath with upgraded tile work, Laundry, 3 bedrooms with queen beds, ceiling fans, recessed lighting & mounted TVs, and walk-in closets. The Rear (yellow) bedroom has it’s own private covered ocean-side Deck to boast! The closet in the teal bedroom is reserved for owner use.
The middle floor has a open plan kitchen and family room with character grade oak flooring, ample recessed lighting & built in sound. The spacious family room has a large mounted TV with surround sound, ceiling fan, double sliding doors opening to large private covered deck with beautiful ocean views and ample high-end comfortable patio furniture. The gorgeous kitchen boasts granite counters, a large island with breakfast bar, Stainless Steel GE profile appliances, tile backsplash Dining Area/Breakfast Room with cabinets & dry bar, and a sliding glass door to a Front Deck. The middle level also includes a powder room with pedestal sink.
The upper fllor offers TWO Large En Suite Bedrooms. The ocean-side master bedroom has a PRIVATE OCEAN-VIEW DECK, a large closet, mounted TV with Roku, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan & high-end ceramic tile bath with frameless glass shower. The 2nd suite is even larger(!) with two queen beds and a trundle bed (essentially two nested twin beds) capable of sleeping six in this room alone, with a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, double closet, mounted TV with Roku and an upgraded tile bathroom.
Each of the six TVs In the house are equipped with Rokus in guest mode so you can watch your own content on your own streaming accounts without fear of remaining logged on after you leave. The house boasts an outside shower, fenced yard with crawl space for safe storage of beach equipment or bikes. The house has brand new Dual Bryant HVAC systems and a tankless water heater for endless cool air and hot water. Everything you could think of is upgraded and ready for you and your loved ones to enjoy this Spring & Summer!

Summary: Wonderful, spacious, clean, and easy access to all the best that Sea Isle City has to offer. Dave our host was great to work with from start to finish. The beach is beautiful, living room and decks are super spacious and enjoyable. Ice cream, the gym, and an amazing restaurant only 1 block away. Only 2 blocks from the grocery store, great pizza and breakfast spots. Really this place is super convenient for a nice relaxing stay and all the core amenities are right around the corner. I would come back and stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks Dave for everything and all your help during our stay. You really made things easy and relaxing for us!
