There are three bedrooms - the master has an Eastern King bed and the other two rooms have comfortable Queen Beds. The remodeled kitchen is open and designed for making fabulous meals at home. The living room has a 55" TV over a brand new gas fireplace. For the nature lovers, the deck overlooks a beautiful green belt with trees in every direction. The location is one block above Lakeshore drive and across the street from the Village Market and Lupita's Mexican Restaurant. The lower level location is great in the winter and summer seasons! Great Parking - there is parking available for 4 cars. 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in front of the garage.
Access to IVGID Beaches (Ski Beach, Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar) is restricted to IVGID Picture Pass and Punch Card holders with beach access. Guest staying at our condo pay in advance for a punch card based on the number of days staying at the condo. Beach access at Ski Beach, Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach fees are $16 per day day and Child passes are $5 per day.
