Summary:
This is a gorgeous, renovated, beach pad only 2 minutes walk from Tamarama Beach. Whilst fabulous cafes and restaurants are only a short stroll away, you will feel removed from the busy chaos of Bondi Beach in your sunny, airy double storey apartment.
The Space:
This apartment has amazing views, on both levels, out to the ocean and across to Tamarama, Bronte Beaches and coastal cliffs. It is spacious enough to accommodate 3 couples or 2 families with children. The 2 separate living areas mean that there is always space to relax, and the upstairs terrace is a wonderful space to relax or entertain. Public transport is just up the street, with easy access to Bondi Junction and the city.

Guest Access:
You will have access to all of the apartment (except locked storage areas) and the garden and deck downstairs in the common area. There are only 4 apartments in our block.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Tamarama is a quiet neighbourhood and the beach is also known as "Glamarama" due to the gorgeous people that frequent there. We are steps away from a delicious cafe that serves amazing coffee and food, and an easy walk to the restaurants and nightlife of Bondi Road and Bondi Beach. The beach access is via a stairway at the end of our street. Ideal location as it is quiet here, yet so close to the action.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop at the end of the street that will take you to the main shopping centre, Westfield Bondi Junction, or there is a bus (3 min walk) on Bondi Road that will take you to the city. On weekends there is a bus that goes to Coogee via Bronte, we call it the beach bus.
We do have an Audi Q3 for hire if required.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
