Welcome to the perfect space to holiday or work from home - This lovingly restored 1920's Cottage is conveniently situated just a 600m walk to Bellingen's beautiful town centre.
The secluded cottage sits in a cute, peaceful backstreet facing beautiful bush, with glimpses of Dorrigo Mountain from its covered wraparound veranda.
Rainforest walks, secluded creeks, beautiful beaches, breathtaking waterfalls, local markets, restaurants and coffee shops are all on your doorstep.
The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, with the option to squeeze 2 more in a trundle (perfect for kids). We also have a travel cot that sleep newborns to 15kg available at no extra cost.
It offers beautiful features of its era, high ceilings, wood-panelled walls and hardwood timber floors, and has been designed and styled for a luxurious yet charming feel. The bright living areas are open plan and spill out onto a huge, covered deck and outdoor entertaining area providing ample space to relax, enjoy a morning coffee and alfresco dining, and watch the sunset with a wine from the love seat swing.
The new kitchen comes with a family-sized fridge, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, country style sink and is sunlit from a skylight. Sharing a space with our lounge area; cosy chairs, pillows, throw-overs and a cute 3-seater sofa make for cosy nights watching the large Smart TV with Bose soundbar for music. Air conditioning allows for climate control through summer and warm winter. Portable oil heaters are provided for those extra-chilly evenings.
The property also features a brand new outdoor entertaining area at the back with a built-in BBQ, beer-stocked fridge and large upcycled table to seat the whole family. Beyond that, there is a secluded, spacious private garden, with a large lawn, ideal for kids to play, a family game of Finksa or backyard cricket or simply to catch some rays. 2 x lovely bean bag loungers can be taken into the garden for some afternoon sun.
Excellent 5G WiFi, multiple books, board games and FINKSA are provided for you to use on your stay. We also have a welcome book with all you need to know (bars, restaurants, things to do etc) for your trip to Bello!
We also now have an area for working with views out across the bush and next to sliding doors, so you can work with the sun on you during the day. Featuring a new UHD Curved Samsung monitor, with another fold-out desk available to easily fit two peoples mini-offices, for those that need to answer a few emails, or even work from Bello!
