The Space:
The comfortable lounge room has a smart TV and opens to the outdoor area where there is outdoor dining, BBQ, and a private inground pool. It is the perfect spot to relax, cool down, and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The bedrooms are spacious and feature ceiling fans and robes. The main bathroom has a shower over bath, vanity, and toilet, and the second bathroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet. There is an additional 3rd toilet in the laundry.
Guest Access:
Parking is available in the driveway for 1 car (please do not block the right-hand side of the driveway). There is additional street parking available for more cars. Please do not park on the grass.
The Neighborhood:
Blacksmiths beach is patrolled in the summer months, bring your boat, the local boat ramp is located on the southern end of Ungala Rd which takes you straight to the channel, there are located shops, cafes and restaurants at both Swansea and Belmont that is only a short drive away. The Orana Hotel is located within walking distance from the property which offers food, cold drinks, and entertainment. Other places to explore are the Caves at Caves Beach, Catherine Hill Bay, Warners bay foreshore, there are cafes and shops and a walking track around the esplanade along the lake. The city of Newcastle is a 40-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Ubers, taxis and buses operate from Blacksmiths.

OUR GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY
All reservations are made under our strict No-Party/Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. As this property is in a Residential Area, failure to comply will lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Our neighbours have a right to the quiet enjoyment of their homes and NO ANTISOCIAL behaviour will be tolerated. There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB.
Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in. This will involve providing your home address and email to Lakeshores Accommodation and a copy of your Driver’s License to establish the identity of our guest. The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number allowed to be at the property during your stay, including visitors. Any additional visitors must be approved by a prior written agreement with Lakeshores staff.
The reservation price is based on a minimum number of (4) guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. Please ensure you have entered the correct number of guests (children under 2 are no charge) when booking or enquiring.
We aim to be Eco-Friendly - we may supply basic Shampoo, Conditioner or Body Wash, but it is suggested you bring your own personal bathroom products/amenities. We will supply hand wash and basic kitchen essentials.
Linen is provided and beds are made up ready for your stay. Please bring your own Pool/Lake/Beach towels.
