Endless hiking trails outside the door, just a 10-minute drive down the hill to Gourmet Ghetto, fabulous dining and easy access to the rest of Berkeley & Oakland, and a 30-minute drive to San Francisco or Marin (traffic depending). Also a short drive to BART stations.

The cook's kitchen is part of the open plan main floor with living and dining rooms, with access to the view facing deck and backyard or to the garden and patio of the front yard.
There is one bath tub and three showers.
The house is spacious, newly renovated and pristine.
