The location for fisherman is perfect as you'll find yourself in the hot fishing grounds less than 2 miles from the marina. The Petite Conch restaurant offers an incredible breakfast, lunch and diner and don't miss out on Sushi and Karaoke night at the Square grouper restaurant at the Beach Club. Our Unit 15H offers full amenities for those who prefer to relax after a long day at the beach. Downstairs you have 2 master bedrooms with a view of the Marina & each with a private bathroom. Also on the same floor there is a laundry room with a washer & dryer. On the second floor you will enjoy a full size kitchen with (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, blender) along with a barbecue on the east side balcony. A full size living room with comfortable furniture & pullout sofa to wind down & relax after an active day. There is a dinning room table & a kitchen counter to accommodate your family to eat together. The west side balcony has a beautiful view of the marina with an incredible view of the sunset.
