Boho Beach House is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. This original older style beach shack has a warm and welcoming feel about it, With a fantastic deck offering 180 degrees of filtered sea and Long Beach views, it has an easy pathway to the beach below.
Featuring two double bedrooms upstairs and a gorgeous open lounge dining with reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool, opening onto the deck, it also offers a further one double bedroom downstairs (via external stairs) together with kitchen, dining and living areas - perfect for the overflow of family and friends.
Bedroom Linen is included. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed).
Main bedroom: A Queen sized bed.
Bedroom two: a King bed which can be separated into 2 king single beds.
Bedroom 3: a Queen sized bed
Bedroom 4: Tri bunks
Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms 2 upstairs (one ensuite), and one downstairs with a shower and toilet.
In the laundry is a modern front-loading washing machine and dryer.
Outside: A lovely deck with beautiful views. A large yard and deck. A gas BBQ for your use. There is NBN Broadband Wifi available and non shedding pets are welcome.
