This property has a lovely vibe, combining luxury and simplicity. It is set up to be relaxing with the owner celebrating some of her favourite artwork around the house. The location is terrific, right in the hub of Bondi, with the iconic sands of Bondi Beach just 500m down the road. Comprising 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6, open plan living, a modern kitchen and bathroom, parking and an outdoor space, it ticks all the boxes. The Space:
Perfectly positioned to take advantage of Bondi's village hub, this home offers a slice of iconic Sydney lifestyle. As soon as you enter, the calm and sophisticated vibe envelops you. With beautiful artworks adorning the walls and unique decor touches, this is a pretty special property. Adopt its flavour for the length of your stay.
Clean lines and fresh white paint are a wonderful backdrop for the beautiful decor in this home. The open plan living is arty and fresh with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light entering through the full-width sliding doors. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave, is perfect for entertaining, with stools sitting at the island bench. It looks out over the dining suite for 6 and the lounge area that houses a sofa and some occasional chairs and opens out to the outdoor seating area and private paved courtyard, wrapped in greenery. There are portable heaters so you can utilise this area outside of high summer. The indoor-outdoor flow is perfect.
The three bedrooms are similarly simple but beautiful. 2 have Queen beds and the third has twin singles. All are nicely decorated and have built-in robes. The family bathroom is modern, with a large walk-in rain shower, toilet and vanity, and all linen is provided.
With a dedicated off-street parking spot, a washing machine and WiFi, this property offers everything you’ll need for a wonderful base in the Eastern suburbs. Bring your pooch (subject to approval and a $100 fee paid via our guest portal) and you’ll feel right at home!

The Neighborhood:
Right in the heart of Bondi, this property is near Bondi's Six Ways precinct with restaurants, supermarkets, bars and the Bondi village. You’ve seriously hit the jackpot with this location! The cafe culture is terrific, there are various eateries from every culture and bars too numerous to name (although it’s hard to resist Ravesi’s for brunch, Iceberg’s for sunset drinks and Sean’s for dinner!)
It's a 7 minute walk down to the sands of Bondi Beach. It doesn’t get better than this! This is Sydney at its best. Enjoy the obvious beach and water activities on offer, from swimming and surfing to beach volleyball and yoga by the sea. People-watching is a local pastime and people come here from all over the world. It’s the best.
Take the walk from Bondi to Coogee along the coast, taking in more of the stunning bays this area is famous for, and if you get the timing right, enjoy Sculpture by the Sea. A wander round Waverley Cemetery on the way is truly fascinating. When you get to Coogee, a lunch at Coogee Pavilion or Coogee Bay Hotel is well worth the walk.
Apart from the multitude of local boutique stores in Bondi itself, the 379 bus route, just a short walk from the house, provides a great way to explore the superb Bondi Westfield shopping centre. This bus will also take you into Sydney, should you wish to explore further afield.
In truly an iconic locale, it's hardly surprising we urge you to base yourself in this lovely home and explore to your heart’s content!

1. No Party/event - This property has a Minut Smart Home device which monitors noise levels to ensure our neighbours are respected and the property is looked after. There is a strict no party, no loud music at night, no antisocial behaviour and no more in the property than what you have booked for. Immediate cancellation of reservation may occur with no refund for the remaining stay with costs passed on to you for security.
2. Check in - We have in person check ins at our properties that we host. We manage the property on behalf of the owner and as part of our contract with them we don’t have a self check in option. For check in, the person that booked must be the person that checks in (exceptions made for a corporate booking or insurance company). We reserve the right to ask all guests for ID and will complete a form at check in.
a. Late check in – as our check ins are in person we can meet you at any time between 3-5pm at the property. Any check in between 5pm and 930pm is $30 and any check in after 10pm is $60.
b. Early Check in – We can sometimes offer an early check in however will only be able to confirm in the day or two before your check in. It will depend on whether someone booked the night before and on the schedule of the cleaning company we use.
3. Late Check out – We can sometimes offer a late check out, feel free to ask if you do want one and will require at least 2 days notice. Late check out for us depends on if someone else is checking in the same day and also on the cleaning company we use.
4. We utilise Duve as our guest portal, which is linked to this booking platform. Upon booking, you will receive an email from Duve with our STAM Australia logo. This allows us to obtain accurate and up-to-date contact details from you, as well as your flight or arrival information. It also allows you to nominate a check-in time and enables our extended team to stay in touch with you before and during your stay, should you require any assistance. While regular users typically keep their information updated, the majority of our guests have booked short term accommodations fewer than 10 times.
5. What we provide - All linen for beds and towels are provided for you, we also provide bath mats, tea towels and hand towels. We have gone back to single use for shampoo, conditioner, body wash but provide hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and other cleaning products to get you started. Toilet paper is also provided and for each reservation we provide a few per bathroom. During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change at an extra fee, freel free to ask us about this. We will need at least 24 hours notice and we can either do a clean, a linen change or both together.
6. Maintenance – If anything occurs during your stay please let us know and for something small such a light globe replacement it may take 1-2 business days whereas if it’s urgent plumbing or other issue we will send someone round asap.
7. Third party booking/check in – The person that booked must be the person checking in, therefore we can’t provide for third party bookings and check ins. The only exclusion on this is for Corporates and Insurance companies. We are providing you keys to someone’s house therefore if it isn’t the person that booked or ID doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel the reservation or delay check in.
8. No Smoking / No Pets / Other rules
This property has no smoking allowed at all on premises, any breach can lead to costs being passed on of any professional odour removal company.
No pets on the property, any breach can lead to an extra cleaning fee and an additional $150/night to be charged.
These terms are all visible prior to booking and by making a booking you agree to all the above plus property specific House Rules as noted in the listing for your reservation.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
